Does your dog have a specific health condition or certain nutritional needs? Hill’s Prescription Diet is vet-recommended, clinical nutrition to help them live their best life.
When your dog is experiencing urinary issues it can be frustrating for both of you. Talking to your vet is a great first step and so is feeding the right nutrition. Hill’s offers a variety of foods for urinary care, including Prescription Diet c/d Multicare which has nutrition to help manage and lower risk of most common urinary bladder stones.
Over 55% of pets are overweight, and even a few extra pounds can put them at risk for health issues. The good news is that nutrition can help. Hill’s has options when it comes to weight management foods, including Prescription Diet Metabolic which helps dogs naturally lose weight by activating their metabolism while keeping them feeling full and satisfied.
Kidney conditions require lifelong care, but can be managed effectively with the right nutrition. Prescription Diet kidney foods can help maintain the balance of fluid and minerals in your dog’s body, while keeping them eating and retaining muscle.
When your dog is experiencing digestive upset, it’s unpleasant for everyone. Ask your vet which Prescription Diet digestive care nutrition can help improve your dog’s digestion and settle digestive upsets.
There are two main reasons your dog may be itchy — environmental triggers or food sensitivities. The right nutrition can help manage itching and improve skin and coat.

I use it- and reccommend it!
My dog was on i/d for a stomach issue, but every time I tried to switch her to an OTC food she got sick again. It was just easier to leave her on the i/d permanently. I tell that to all of our clients with pets that suffer from chronic digestive issues. i/d is great for short term, or long term use.
